The Social Prescribing Link Worker (SPLW) service helps you and your child with additional needs stay healthy and feel better in ways that don’t involve medicine - no diagnosis is needed!
If you are a parent, carer, or guardian of a child with additional needs, this may be the service for you.
Please come in to see one of the friendly faces from Social Prescribing Link Worker Team, who can support you with helping a child, with or without a diagnosis. We help you find local activities and groups in your community that you might enjoy. The service gives you time to think about what is important to you, and works with you to make a plan that suits your needs.
