The LLR Send and Inclusion Alliance Senate is currently recruiting to ensure that we have members with lived experience in key areas to help us shape our services and approach for 2026/27.
We will be drawing from the already established forums in City (Big Mouth), Rutland and health as well as from the new CYP voice group in county but are also looking for individuals with SEND aged between 13-25 with lived experience of:
- Assistive technology
- Home schooling
- Alternative Provision (AP)
- Alternative Provision Specialist Taskforce (APST)
- Early Language Support for Every Child (ELSEC)
- Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS)
The launch is due to take place on 7th March at County Hall from 11-2. Lunch will be provided for all CYP and refreshments will be available for to parents and carers.
