We’re looking for residents and professionals of all ages and backgrounds, living and / or working in Leicestershire and Rutland, to help us design Public Health websites that will best meet their needs.

As a token of our appreciation for your time and valuable input, we’ll email you a £10 or £20 Amazon digital gift card, depending on the type of activity you are selected for, upon completion of each research activity.

We especially welcome people who:

  • have accessibility needs
  • feel less confident using digital services
  • use Public Health information for themselves, their family, or their community.

No experience is needed; we just want your honest opinion.

What’s involved?

You may be invited to:

  • take part in up to 3 different types of research activity to include:
  • grouping and naming health information in a way that makes sense to you
  • suggesting where you would expect to find specific health information
  • talking us through your thoughts on your experience of navigating the new website design
  • participate online or in person for a maximum of one hour
  • responses will be anonymised and aggregated

Your views are important to us. There are no right or wrong answers.

We’re not testing you – we’re testing our websites.

How you can take part

You can:

  • take part as a professional or resident
  • share this opportunity with your work colleagues, service users, partners, providers, communities, friends, or family.
