A collaboration between young people, survivors of domestic abuse and local artists to bring together a unique collection of artworks that aim to raise awareness and tell stories of hope and recovery.
Back for it’s fourth instalment, we’re proud to present an exciting project which explores the context of abuse in relationships. With a range of people from across Leicestershire and Leicester City including young people and survivors of domestic abuse - using art to reflect, heal, empower and give a creative voice. This partnership project has seen collaborations with local artists to bring together a unique collection of works that aim to raise awareness and tell stories of hope and recovery. The resulting artworks are being exhibited for the public to view to coincide with the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based violence.
Visit the exhibition at Upper Mall (next to Boots), Highcross Leicester from 25th November - 10th December.
